Pivottabell: Pivottabell senaste 4 veckorna -

För att skapa en pivottabell som visar de senaste 4 veckorna med data (dvs. en rullande 4 veckor) kan du lägga till en hjälpkolumn i källdata för att flagga poster under de senaste 4 veckorna och sedan använda hjälpkolumnen för att filtrera data i vridbordet. I exemplet som visas är det aktuella datumet den 25 augusti 2019, och pivottabellen visar fyra kompletta föregående. När nya data läggs till över tiden fortsätter pivottabellen att spåra de senaste 4 veckorna baserat på det aktuella datumet.

Fält

I pivottabellen som visas finns det fyra fält i källdata: Datum, Försäljning, Vecka och Filter. Filter är en hjälpkolumn med en formel som flaggar de senaste 4 veckorna. Vecka är en hjälpkolumn som returnerar måndagen för ett visst datum (endast för bekvämlighet). Försäljning är värdefältet och vecka har lagts till som ett radfält för att gruppera efter vecka:

Formeln som används i D5 (vecka), kopierad, är:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Denna formel returnerar måndag i veckan för ett visst datum.

Formeln som används i E5 (Filter), kopierad, är:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
